Raffle process

We use a random integer number service to select the winner of the raffles. This service is provided by www.random.org

These are the raffle steps:

• We go to https://www.random.org/integers/?mode=advanced
• In "Part 1: The Integers" we insert generate "1 integer number" between "1" and the numbers of tickets we have given our users.
• In "Part 2: Choose Numeral System" we choose "Decimal (base 10)".
• Don't touch nothing in "Part 3: Choose Output Format".
• In "Part 4: Choose Randomization" we choose "Use pregenerated randomization based on persistent identifier" and insert the number of users in the input.
• "Part 5: Go!" click in "Get numbers" button to get our winner.

We don't know the number of users and tickets generated every month. And with this process and data we can generate a legal raffle winner without tricks.
